After several seasons of modeling, Gale gained fame in 1999 when Omnitel Italy (now Vodafone Italy) cast her to star in advertisements. Gale continued to be featured in advertising throughout the year until. In 2003 she was chosen by the Australian Tourist Commission retained her as their "face for Australia for Italy.' Gale was featured on covers for Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. Also, she was featured in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale was mentioned in the editorials of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia as well as Italian GQ. Gale has worked on runways during Milan Fashion Week for Mariella Marani and Angelo Marani as well as Gianfranco ferre, Genny & Gai Matiolo. Gale is also an avid lover of numerous Australian fashion designers, including Colette dinnigan, Kirrily johnston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry.
